Manufacturing Shift Manager Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire Shift Pattern: Full-time, Afternoon Shift (14:00 – 22:00) Salary: Up to £50,000 Are you an experienced Manufacturing Shift Manager seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Our client, a market leader in bespoke building products are looking for an accomplished leader to join their operations team. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, this pivotal position involves managing the afternoon shift, ensuring seamless operations across multiple production departments (machining, paint shop, and glazing). You’ll lead three Team Leaders, driving quality, productivity, and performance while fostering a safe and compliant workplace.
