Joining an established industry player with over 30 years of experience, this multi-million pound business has products which are used in a variety of hi-tech industries across the globe. With a proven pathway for progression and an established Production team already in place, you will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern:
AM: 5:45-2:15 PM: 1:45-10:15
What's expected of you?
Take control of a busy production line with over 50 different variants of 4 key products. Ensure a smooth manufacturing process, with an emphasis on problem solving, resource management, and operational planning. Motivate and inspire staff to drive improvement and change. Challenges: Managing different personalities and getting them to engage with improvements - proactiveness is key.
What are we looking for?
Experience within a Team lead/supervisory role in a manufacturing environment. Personality: Strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire staff, with a proactive and positive mentality. Nice to have: Industry exposure to electro/mechanical engineering or a cleanroom environment.
