Salary: £45,000 to £48,000 Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday with a half day finish on Friday Benefits: 33 days holiday (inc BH) + industry leading pension + £45-48k salary + company bonus scheme

Oversee workflows, implement 5S and TOC methodologies, and enhance processes for maximum efficiency. Ensuring Safety First:

Monitor and maintain strict adherence to COSHH regulations, promoting a safe and compliant workplace. Developing Talent:

Conduct one-to-ones, appraisals, and training plans to support your team's growth and performance. Optimising Operations:

Plan and allocate resources effectively, improve material flow, and address operational challenges with innovative solutions. Team Communication:

Lead daily briefings and provide progress updates to ensure alignment with business goals.

Proven Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams within a manufacturing or logistics environment. COSHH Expertise:

Comprehensive knowledge of COSHH regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Operational Savvy:

Strong understanding of logistics workflows and experience implementing efficiency initiatives like 5S or TOC. Performance Management:

Confidence in conducting one-to-ones, appraisals, and driving team performance. Continuous Improvement Mindset:

A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
