Night Shift Team Lead
to join their Ceramic Shell Line Team. As
operational lead on late/night shift , you will be involved in processing castings and asked to carry out a variety of tasks in the factory, including manufacturing and logistics. Main Responsibilities:
Operating the CSL Robot loading, unloading and operational management. Hand Dipping. Slurry mixing and testing. Operating the autoclave. Patching and firing of moulds. Processing of parts in accordance with the relevant Technique card and Works Instruction. Manual handling. Loading furnaces. Pressure injecting wax patterns. Shot blasting urgent parts and packing them for dispatch. Additionally, as a
Team Leader , you will be accountable for First Aid and Health and Safety issues after 6 PM and be responsible for locking up the building at Midnight. A first aid certificate and counterbalance forklift license would be advantageous, but training will be given to the right candidate. Hours - Full-time - 46 hours per week:
Monday to Thursday 6 PM - 6 AM. Please be aware you will be required to work the day shift 6 AM - 6 PM until fully trained, up to 3 months. A 15% night shift premium will be added once fully trained and working the night shift.
