What the role involves

• Test high-precision scientific instrumentation.
• Build electrical harnesses and electronic sub-systems.
• Supporting full system builds and final acceptance testing.
• Work from detailed assembly instructions, work instructions and documented test procedures.
• Help identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing and operations.
• Supporting stock control, bills of materials and forward planning activities.

Skills and requirements

• Laser safety training, including Class 4 laser environments.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, operations or laboratory-based production.
