What the role involves
- Test high-precision scientific instrumentation.
- Build electrical harnesses and electronic sub-systems.
- Supporting full system builds and final acceptance testing.
- Work from detailed assembly instructions, work instructions and documented test procedures.
- Help identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing and operations.
- Supporting stock control, bills of materials and forward planning activities.
Skills and requirements
- Laser safety training, including Class 4 laser environments.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, operations or laboratory-based production.
