Our key client is currently looking for a skilled manufacturing/production operative to support production processes whilst maintaining high quality standards.
Salary/Rate:
depending on experience If you are an experienced manufacturing professional who takes great pride in their work and is seeking a new challenge, we would like to hear from you. Perhaps you're an experienced technician with a team leading background. Benefits: Half day Friday, overtime often available even at weekends, 25 days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays, private pensions (family options), and great monthly perks including FREE HOT DRINKS and much more! Our key client is expanding rapidly and is now looking for assemblers who can read drawings and work from verbal instructions. Key Skills Required: Skilled mechanical assembly Skilled electro mech assembly Assembly of components using hand tools Skilled wiring or soldering skills Hours and Benefits: Working hours: flexible with cell lead permission 7.30-4.00 / 8.00-4.30, early finish Friday 1:00 PM / 1:30 PM. Weekday overtime availability and rate: Plenty of OT depending on area/output, paid at 1.5x weekday and Saturday, 2x Sunday (OT is not guaranteed). Weekend working and rates: as above. Probation period: 6 months. Salary review at 12 month mark. Holidays including Bank Holidays: 25 plus all national bank holidays. Additional Benefits: Private medical with a payable option for family, sick pay, perks online points awarded each month can be used against Amazon vouchers, wellness breakfast once per month, free hot drinks via vending machines, summer BBQs, Christmas party, plus events throughout the year.
