What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing engineering team, driving the creation and support of manufacturing test systems for PCBA, modules, and final assemblies. You’ll: Develop manufacturing test strategies for new and existing products. Design and maintain test fixtures and equipment. Collaborate closely with the design team to optimise products for manufacturing and testing. Conduct fault analysis down to the component level and identify trends through data analysis. Provide hands-on support for prototype builds, diagnostics, and failure analysis. Deliver clear work instructions and detailed test specifications. This role offers a mix of design, problem-solving, and hands-on engineering in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

3–5 years in manufacturing test engineering, with a strong understanding of electronic testing and automated systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in electronic debugging down to component level. Knowledge of coding (Python, XML, C#, or similar) and LabVIEW is a plus. Experience with electronics CAD systems (mechanical CAD is an advantage). Problem-Solving:

A natural problem solver with excellent data analysis skills. Team Player:

Self-motivated and able to thrive in both independent and team settings. Education:
