Manufacturing & Test Manager

role will be based at our site in Poynton, Cheshire, which specializes in full Rack Wiring & Integration, HF/RF test solutions, In-Circuit, Flying Probe, and Functional Tests for PCBAs. Key Responsibilities

Ensuring delivery of product in accordance with the production schedule. Ensuring all product is built and tested to the required quality standard and budget. Provide cost to completion data/reports for Manufacturing and Test work packages. Utilize visual management within the department. Ensuring the manufacturing and test team are competent and trained. Responsible for team members' personal development. Supporting external customers with technical queries where required. Ideal Requirements

Proficient leadership and management skills. Proficient in production planning and associated systems (MES, MRP, etc.). Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor department effectiveness. Ability to produce manufacturing procedures and reports. Ability to interpret complex schematics and engineering drawings. This is a
