Join a Leading Marina Operator as a Marina Manager - South Coast Location Are you an experienced commercial manager with a passion for operational excellence and customer service? We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading marina operators, and we are seeking a highly motivated Marina Manager to oversee the smooth running of a premier marina location along the South Coast. As Marina Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the marina runs efficiently and safely. Your role will involve managing financial performance, berth occupancy, boatyard operations, and the maintenance of the marina's facilities, plant, and equipment. A key aspect of the role is to lead a team committed to delivering outstanding customer care. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all marina operations including financial performance, berth utilisation, and boatyard activities Ensure the marina and its facilities meet all safety standards and regulatory compliance Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service Communicate effectively with stakeholders and delegate tasks efficiently Support customer satisfaction through high standards of care and customer-focused service What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a management role within the marina, leisure, or hospitality sectors Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws Leadership experience with a focus on developing and empowering teams Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example Willingness to work some weekends to ensure the marina's operational success What We Offer:
