Electrical Engineer/ Electrician x2 (Permanent or Contract)
Location: South Coast, UK
Salary (Permanent): 34,300 - 49,920 per annum (DOE) + Overtime
Contract Rate: / 25.50 (UMBRELLA)
Working Hours: 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), overtime optional on Fridays (paid at a flat rate).

Their team of 120 professionals includes 83 dedicated shopfloor staff across laminating, fabrication, and assembly, supported by a skilled office team in design, procurement, aftersales, and project management.
Role Overview
We are seeking 2x Electrical Engineers to join an elite team of 15 professionals. You will contribute to building luxury yachts, performing all aspects of electrical fitting including:
Wiring systems and components.
Fitting engines, hydraulics, and other mechanical systems.
Drilling, tapping, and assembling to meet exacting standards.
This is a hands-on role within a small, close-knit team where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
Key Requirements
Experience: Electrical bias with an appreciation of mechanical systems or know-how.
Background: Industrial, manufacturing, or engineering experience (marine or boatbuilding background advantageous).
Drawings: Familiarity with electrical engineering drawings, specifically AC/DC connectors and industrial systems.
Attitude: A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Essential: Candidates from commercial/domestic electrician backgrounds will not be considered.
