Overtime hours are sometimes available for those who wish to work them, and sometimes it is a requirement to meet workload and deadlines. We also require rostered availability for emergency call-outs over weekends and some bank holidays. Overnight stays are sometimes required when working further afield or attending dealer-training courses.

Managing your allocated workload, you will complete time sheets, maintain customer engine service records, often online, use electronic parts catalogues to identify required parts, liaise directly with customers to keep them updated and respond to enquiries, providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
