First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit a Marine Engineering Electrical Trainer on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Gosport depot. Duties and Responsibilities:
Continually improve the way they contribute to the business. Ensure that they are best equipped to support future change. Ensure that they work in an effective collaborative manner with staff, displaying the appropriate behaviours at all times. To instruct Electrical & Electronic principles training in accordance with the Training Plan and Training Standing Operating Procedures. To assist in maintaining and updating training documentation. To assess student course work and provide feedback on performance. To be responsible for the duty of care of trainees during the delivery of training.
