Key Responsibilities: Lead technical deliverables related to marine seating, stress analysis, and ship design. Act as the main technical point of contact with customers and lead design workshops. Manage engineering tasks, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality requirements. Oversee recruitment and development of a high-performing Marine Engineering team. What We’re Looking For: Broad experience in marine engineering and structural stress engineering. Strong proficiency in tools like ANSYS, NASTRAN, or ABAQUS for stress analysis.
