The AUKUS UK PDO requires specialist support. A requirement has been identified for a Prof I workforce substitute Engineer for 12 months, to support the SDA AUKUS PDO with tasking on materials manufacturing standards. This is going to be critical going forward in AUKUS delivery. As part of the AUKUS Programme, to ensure that the UK meets the requirements set out by the AUKUS pact and the optimal pathway for the delivery of a Nuclear-Powered Submarine (NPS) capability to the Commonwealth of Australia, the UK must provide support, advice, and information to the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA). This role will work closely with the Naval Authority Technology Group (NATG).
