Support the global brand team in the execution and delivery of product strategies and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Assist in localising and implementing brand strategies to optimise resource allocation and maximise market impact. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency in brand messaging and tactics. Manage budgets and POs ensuring accurate phasing. Ownership of specific deliverables within the global brand strategy. Operating across multiple regions to support product launches, campaigns, and content development. Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the annual marketing plan under the guidance of the Global Brand Lead. Collaborate to adapt and execute brand strategies, including campaign materials, branding guidelines, and digital content. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and insights to provide actionable recommendations. Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones. Manage day-to-day operations, including budget tracking, content approvals, and external agency coordination. Support the development of promotional materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities. Contribute to tracking brand performance metrics and preparing reports for the global leadership team. Minimum Requirements
Solid experience in marketing or brand and product management roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Proven record of working with oncology and rare disease products. Project Management experience. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. External Agency management (Product Communication, Congresses, Educational Projects).
