Market Connectivity Project Manager

Market Connectivity Project Manager Millennium is seeking an experienced business analyst to join the Equities Technology team. This role involves working as part of a global team responsible for onboarding and maintaining connectivity to all external venues, including sell-side and third-party OMS/EMS solutions and exchanges. The business analyst will engage directly with internal stakeholders and external counterparts in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests ranging from small daily tasks to larger multi-team projects. Principal Responsibilities: Analyze, implement, and certify new and enhanced connections between Millennium’s trading infrastructure and external destinations. Work across teams to onboard new venues, new products, and new trading services within Millennium. Liaise with stakeholders across trading and technology to define requirements, prioritize projects, and manage expectations. Document and educate internal teams, including portfolio managers, on internal product offerings. Qualifications / Skills Required: Strong knowledge of FIX protocol.. Strong knowledge of market microstructure across key global markets. Demonstrated cross-asset project experience, with a focus on Equities, Options, and Futures. Familiarity with FIX, Linux, Sybase, SQL, LAN, and WAN. Ability to communicate ideas, requirements, and results across disparate teams. Strong analytical approach to problem-solving. Initiative, good attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, while prioritizing conflicting requirements. Ability to work as part of a team, while also assuming responsibility for your own work.
