Market Insights & Research Specialist – Global Tech/Media Sector

Our client, a globally renowned American software leader, delivers cutting-edge technology to a wide range of users, from major enterprise clients to individual creators. They are currently seeking a Market Insights & Research Specialist with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research to join their team and drive customer insights across their platforms.


What’s on Offer:

  • Contract: 11-month initial contract with the potential for extension for a further year
  • Location: Hybrid role, working on-site 3 days per week in a state-of-the-art office in Central London
  • Compensation: £46K per year (PAYE)


What your day to day might look like:

  • Research Design: Develop research briefs, questionnaires, and discussion guides that address key business objectives, collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing external research partners.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis and create insightful reports, effectively presenting findings to various internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders and regional marketing teams.
  • Insight Development: Synthesize insights from multiple data sources, including primary market research, customer analytics, and third-party data, to provide a comprehensive view of customer needs and market trends.


Your Profile:

  • Experience: Solid research or insights role, with hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage end-to-end research projects, from research design and questionnaire creation to data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights across diverse data sources, including secondary, behavioral, and transactional data.
  • Collaboration: Strong track record of working effectively with analytical, technical, and high-performing teams.
