12 months Job Description: Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for travel, hospitality, and business development? We are looking for an Account Manager to join our client's Northern Europe supply team in London on a 12-month contract. This role focuses on supply acquisition and optimization for the Netherlands, working with professional hosts, property managers, and individual hosts to drive growth and performance. Key Responsibilities: Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and execute strategies to acquire and optimize professional and individual hosts. Build and maintain strong partner relationships within assigned territories. Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and improve market performance. Educate hosts on platform updates, product changes, and policies. Represent the company at industry events and external meetings with professional hosts. Provide exceptional support and business insights to hosts and property managers. Work cross-functionally with product, policy, customer support, and marketing teams. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales, account management, or partner support. Experience in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline or book of business. Data-driven mindset with quantitative analysis skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person). Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Ability to travel to assigned markets as needed.
