Health Charity – Market Research £40,000 – £46,500 Full Time Equivalent salary Part time (30 hours a week) – open to flexible working arrangements throughout the week 12 month fixed term contract Remote working (must be UK based) Title: Quality Manager The company: We are working with a charity with an international reputation in public health and social care. Their mission is to make person-centred health and social care a reality for everyone.

They develop and run surveys for a wide range of public and private healthcare organisations, as well as national bodies, voluntary sector organisations and international healthcare providers. They conduct primary research using qualitative and quantitative social research methods to investigate issues related to people’s experiences of care and organisations’ efforts to improve services.

The role: You will work alongside two survey teams, specialising in NHS’s national staff and patient survey programmes. These are large scale and high profile surveys.

Your role will be leading on the development and implementation of the quality management for these surveys; playing a vital role in driving quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: Leading the analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement within the survey teams. Work on the quality control process for outputs. Collaborate internally with researchers and senior managers to ensure consistency. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improving quality of research outputs. Train and mentor team members on best practices for quantitative/survey research quality assurance. Requirements: We are looking for a Quality Manager, Project Manager or Data Manager from a market research background. This role is Manager equivalent, so ideally 6+ years of experience.

Experience with healthcare is a bonus.

Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a bonus.

This is an internal role where you will work alongside teams to help improve the quality of market research outputs, ensuring the client outputs are up to the best standards.
