The project manager is integral to ensuring seamless project execution, from fieldwork sampling and data quality assurance to budget management and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With a strong background in market research project management, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality insights while maintaining exceptional client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Act as the main point of contact, providing clear, proactive updates and maintaining strong relationships. Work closely with internal teams (account management, data processing, programming) to ensure smooth execution. Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Uphold high standards in deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Contribute to optimising workflows, creating documentation, and training team members. Assist with pre-sales discussions and identify opportunities for additional services. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3+ years of experience in market research project management, with a proven track record of delivering full-service projects. Strong communication and client management skills. Expertise in sampling, audience targeting, and data collection methodologies. Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with questionnaire design across various study types (ad hoc, tracking, diary, iHUT). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market research tools (e.g., Confirmit, Forsta, SPSS).
