Are you an ambitious Office Administrator with a professional marketing social media background? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic Construction company and provide administrative support to a team of Chartered Surveyors and Consultants and assist with implementing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and creating content. OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / MARKETING ASSISTANT

LOCATION:

100% office based - Faversham, Kent. Driving licence needed as offices are located on the outskirts of Faversham. SALARY:

£25K-£27K basic + benefits, pension. HOURS:

Monday-Friday. 8am-5.30pm. 100% Office Based. As a full-time office-based Administrator / Administration and Marketing Assistant, your varied and busy reception/secretarial/marketing/admin duties will include: Greeting visitors and offering refreshments. Inputting company news on website and social media sites. Creating company in-house newsletters. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including couriers. Answering the telephone, taking messages, dealing with enquiries. Photocopying, binding, electronic filing, and archiving. Ensuring the correct templates and standard letters are used to support surveyors. Typing - including audio typing. Maintaining office supplies including office stationery and refreshments. Overseeing the shared surveying equipment to know where each asset is located. Diary management to book training, meetings, and events for surveyors. Assisting in Xero finance package - full training given. Supporting the team with the company's Quality Management System and standards. General ad hoc duties to provide support to the whole team, as required. You will have a personable and friendly telephone manner, good organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn additional skills. You will be an Office Administrator/ Admin Assistant with good all-round office admin/marketing skills, confident in Word, Excel & Outlook, and social media platforms. Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial, although training will be given. You will be a team player, good at multi-tasking, able to pick up tasks in colleagues' absence, and assist the team with company priorities as and when required. Your background will be in Administrative/Marketing work. Current/previous Admin jobs or the type of role you're looking for may include Admin Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Secretary, Document Controller, Administration Assistant, or similar.
