About Us We are a dynamic franchise company rooted in Italian heritage, with a network of 34 salons and 3 academies. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence in hairdressing and education and provide centralised marketing support with a personalised approach that empowers each and every one of our franchisees. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis working 2 days a week. Your role will focus on supporting each of our salons by processing bespoke marketing requests via our CRM system and ensuring all marketing communications align with business objectives and the needs of each salon’s clientele, with the support of the Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities

Process bespoke marketing requests from each of our salons via our CRM system Overtime, gain the ability to advise salon directors on marketing activity that is better suited to their business and their clients Ensure all communications are designed to achieve our key business KPIs Manage and maintain our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effective delivery of marketing activity Execute email and SMS marketing activity, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring performance Support internal and external communications to align with brand standards and strategic goals Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency across all touchpoints Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including maintaining records and reports Skills and Qualifications
