Marketing Administrator

on a 12 month FTC with possibility of extending further

and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is your chance to contribute to exciting projects while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment! Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including scheduling, coordinating materials, and tracking deadlines. Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information. Assist with market research, gathering data on competitors and industry trends to support strategic planning. Prepare reports on campaign performance metrics and assist in analysing results. Coordinate events and promotional activities, liaising with vendors and stakeholders as needed. Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
