Marketing Administrator Pembrook Resourcing are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their client, a well-renowned dealership within the area. Marketing Administrator Responsibilities To update the Dealer Management System (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to reflect changing customer marketing preferences, as a result of marketing activity. To extract data from our DMS and CRM Systems based on parameters supplied by the marketing team, to enable campaign execution. To undertake competitor benchmarking after promotional offers are created to ensure the competitiveness of offers. To ensure that best practice in relation to the management of customer records is adhered to. To support the Head of Marketing with the fulfilment of data subject access requests. To help ensure our website is up to date with the latest promotional offers across our brand portfolio, and that all offers are checked for accuracy before publishing. To assist with the production of campaign landing pages according to a brief delivered by our marketing team, to ensure effective campaign delivery. Marketing Administrator Requirements: Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels, both within the business and externally Previous marketing experience including creating content in highly regulated industries Working knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations Experience within the automotive industry Educated to A Level or equivalent, ideally in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE CORRECT CONTACT DETAILS, SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU REGARDING THE APPLICATION MADE!
