Our client, a well-known fashion retailer, is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Analyst paying circa £55,000. You will analyse key marketing campaigns across the portfolio (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). The analysis will look at a wide range of KPIs: retail (footfall, sales, average spend, timing of the event), media (ABL & BTL, investments, ROI), digital (website, CRM, paid & organic social), and PR. Based on these KPIs, you will summarise the results to the team and make key recommendations such as: Consider upweighting digital and radio to drive footfall. Consider starting communication of the event earlier to be ahead of competition. Use more influencers. Regarding media agency fees, you will provide both commercial and financial support to the senior Marketing team. You will help set up relevant fees per centre based on commercial agreements with the agency and provide ongoing financial governance by monitoring actuals vs budgets. Our client is looking for someone who has experience with retail and marketing tools, excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with Google Analytics. Good knowledge of Tableau and Workday would be a plus. Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
