Marketing Analyst – Property Finance A highly successful, London based, property finance lender has a newly created opening for an enthusiastic Marketing Analyst. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation and be exposed to a wide variety of areas within marketing. ***This would suit an analytical person with an interest in marketing who has strong MS Excel skills to report / model data extracted from the business intelligence team.*** Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for: Extract / model data into Excel reports to assist with sales and marketing strategies. Support execution of social media and email marketing strategy and communications. Brainstorm with Head of Marketing to help innovate processes and collateral e.g. competitor analysis / procuration fee statements. Maintenance and cleaning of CRM system. Work closely with Head of Marketing to ensure products are up to date on sourcing systems, updating and uploading the product spreadsheets when required. Process product guide information, providing input to Graphic Designer. Provide support to Finance team for procuration fee payments, delivering statements via branded email to brokers if necessary. Campaign reporting to Head of Marketing - Provide reports on business activity (Power BI) to help shape the direction of communications. Attend events when needed to ensure the Sales Team has all relevant collateral and report on effectiveness. Advise and source branded merchandise, dealing with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained. Experience required: Minimum of 12 months' commercial experience in marketing. High level MS Excel skills essential, ability to produce reports and model data etc. Degree educated - preferably with a marketing degree. Experience within financial services essential, particularly mortgages or property finance, is highly desired. Working experience of WordPress highly desired. Knowledge of HubSpot preferred. Confident dealing with senior stakeholders. Organisation skills a must. Comfortable with MS Excel/Office suite. Creative and articulate. Up to £45k Basic + Bonus + Benefits Seniority level
