Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical graduate to join our team as a Marketing Analyst. In this role, you will analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends and insights that can guide our business decisions. You will play a crucial role in communicating your findings to our leadership team, helping shape our marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze current and historical marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness and profitability. Prepare and review routine and ad-hoc reports to inform stakeholders on marketing performance. Interpret data to identify changing trends and patterns related to key performance indicators (KPIs). Effectively communicate your findings and insights to management, highlighting potential business opportunities and challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. 0 - 3 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analysis (internships and relevant projects included). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
