About the Role As our dedicated Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data from various sources to guide decision-making across the marketing department. This requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights and will involve cross functional working with Sales, Product Management, Strategy and the broader CS team. Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather, organize, and analyze marketing data from internal and external sources, including digital platforms, CRM systems, and market research reports.

Lead Scoring:

Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize and rank prospects based on engagement, behaviour, and demographic criteria.

Lead Management:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead definitions and ensure alignment with Sales prioritization and the Global Strategy team. Continuously evaluate and optimize the lead scoring process by incorporating feedback and updated data.

Lead and Funnel Reporting:

Track lead conversion rates and provide insights to improve lead quality and nurture strategies.

Email Performance Management:

Analyze email marketing campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to identify areas for improvement. Manage the overall volume of email sends, using performance insights to recommend volumes and type of campaigns.

External Data Management:

Collaborate with third-party vendors and data providers to acquire and manage external datasets. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis.

Reporting & Visualization:

Create both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to share insights with the marketing team and key stakeholders, making data easy to understand and actionable.

Requirements: Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data from various sources, including digital platforms, CRM systems, and external datasets.

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics and visualization platforms.

Experience working with third-party data providers and integrating external data sources into marketing strategies.

Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and best practices for data integrity.

A demonstrable ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable recommendations.

Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in lead management, campaign optimization, and customer experience.

Broader experience in customer journey optimization is useful.
