With Intelligence are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Market Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for conducting research and analysing market data and trends, to generate actionable insights that support our clients' strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders, creating content and helping to inform our product development and marketing strategies.

You will become familiar with the array of data we collate on investors, managers and service providers, build relationships across our editorial, marketing and events teams, and become familiar with the various ways in which we go to market. You will be supporting the execution of a vision and strategy to develop market-facing thought leadership and insights, further strengthening With as a business-critical, data and intelligence provider in alternative asset management.

You will have strong guidance and support from the Head of Insights around overarching strategy and vision. You will however be able to work without supervision and bring critical thinking and market analysis experience to the role.

Responsibilities

With guidance from the Head of Insights, taking ownership of content development projects, liaising with multiple functions, to create market-facing, opinion-led, thought-provoking and proprietary insights. This will include flagship thought leadership, white papers, articles, blogs and other content, to demonstrate With Intelligence as a market leader. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on the competitive landscape to identify trends and build forward-looking opinion around opportunities and challenges in the market. Investigate quantitative and qualitative data to extract meaningful insights and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Take responsibility for sense checking the data and analysis on content creation projects. Help push the boundaries of the value we bring to our clients and broader audience. Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and translate them into actionable research objectives. Monitor industry news, publications, and competitor activities to stay updated on market developments. Participate in client meetings to present findings and support business development efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role, preferably within the finance or investment sectors. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Skills with data visualisation tools (e.g., Flourish) preferred. Ability to work solo and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.
