Job Description How you expect the candidate to spend their day: We're on a mission to help our customers buy their first home sooner. We have a savings and mortgage platform that helps the next generation find a way to buy a home. We're backed by leading investors including Aviva and we are experiencing huge growth. As with any high-growth start-up, the role requires someone hands-on, proactive and adaptable – no two days will be the same. You’ll be:

gaining valuable insight into our customer base and providing vital feedback for our marketing & product team. supporting on our partnerships including reporting, queries and relationship building. helping deliver our marketing strategy, creating original social content, writing SEO-optimised blog content, supporting on press releases and building partnerships that will help us increase reach and awareness. providing support as and where it is needed across the business – new opportunities can appear overnight. The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, smart and not afraid to roll their sleeves up. We work at a fast pace and need someone agile who can easily switch from day-to-day operations to strategic thinking. Specific skillsets required:

Excellent copywriting skills

– able to write engaging and clear longform content, as well as snappy copy for ads and releases. Clear communicator

– able to work across departments and proactively spot opportunities to share insights or discoveries with the wider team. Equally talking to customers; able to communicate our product clearly, glean relevant information while maintaining a friendly and warm tone of voice. Self-motivated

– we hope to be back in the office by the time our new starter joins us, but there will still be an element of remote or flexible working. Adding to this, our team are very busy, so we need to know that you’ll be cracking on and using your initiative to help progress the company's cause. Data-savvy

– adept at analysing data to reveal actionable insights, and able to communicate these effectively to our customers. Digitally confident

– able to adapt to our existing tools & systems, and make recommendations for ways of improving our current processes. As an example, we use Airtable for CRM and lead management, Prismic for CMS and Hootsuite for social media management. Nice to haves:

Previous experience in marketing – through an internship or otherwise. Previous experience in customer facing roles. Experience in digital marketing and a working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook for Business and SEO best practice. Eye for design and branding with working knowledge of design tools (Canva / Adobe Photoshop). A grasp of the process of buying a home. Interest in technology and the start-up scene. Qualifications:

Degree level qualification.
