Working collaboratively with stakeholders cross-functionally, to understand ever-changing business requirements and driving how data and insights can support and inform Enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the customer database Deliver regular reporting, along with deep dive analysis to monitor and understand the customer and their behaviors Producing customer segmentations and selections for targeting campaigns Supporting various channel owners with monitoring KPIs, and presenting customer insights and campaign performance analysis Managing customer feedback channels, identifying trends and opportunities and making recommendations for improvements Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a Data Analytics and Insight role An interest in, and understanding of marketing Experience working with marketing and customer data Good understanding of relational databases Knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Tableau would be beneficial but not essential, training will be provided!
