THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Principal to join our dynamic team at Farfetch, reporting to our VP Growth Marketing. You will be responsible for leading the organization's efforts to understand the true value of our entire paid marketing investment, leverage data to drive insights, improve decision-making, ensure governance of data and drive business decisions and strategies. You thrive in solving complex problems in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, balancing tactical needs whilst driving strategically for a long-term solution. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Define and execute the overarching strategy for marketing attribution and incrementality measurement, aligning with business goals. Lead the adoption of advanced attribution models and incremental testing frameworks. Develop scalable methodologies for causal inference, lift studies, and experimental design to measure true marketing impact (Performance Marketing, CRM and Organic Channels). Provide technical expertise, guidance, roadmaps, workflow process management and prioritization to our data Analytics Team. Manage multiple projects and stakeholders within the marketing, data science and analytics teams delivering quick, agile progress and recommending priorities. Stay ahead of industry trends in attribution, incrementality testing, and emerging technologies. Represent the company at industry conferences, sharing thought leadership and insights. WHO YOU ARE

You have an established track record of designing and implementing robust attribution methodologies and incrementality testing frameworks, particularly with digital advertisers. You are highly skilled in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture), mobile measurement partners (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer), and advanced data environments like BigQuery. You possess deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and causal inference techniques, enabling you to deliver actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts. You have hands-on experience working with large datasets using tools like R, SQL, and Python. You’re adept at designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests and applying statistical analysis to uncover meaningful trends and opportunities. You are a confident and strategic thinker, capable of transforming raw data into structured, automated systems and intuitive reporting solutions that drive business impact. With 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, you bring a specialized focus on attribution and incrementality, with a track record of delivering measurable results. Familiarity with managing paid channels (e.g., PPC, display) is a plus, enabling you to bridge strategic analytics with executional insights. REWARDS & BENEFITS
