The Role As a Marketing and Communications Executive you’ll contribute positively to QinetiQ’s reputation with key stakeholders as well as delivering impactful communications that support QinetiQ’s company goals. Day-to-day, you’ll create and edit engaging content for blogs, social media and the website. You’ll also support the execution of marketing campaigns, analyse performance metrics to inform future strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry trends. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans Drafting and editing communication copy and materials to create engaging and creative content for a variety of channels (blogs, social media, website, intranet), tailored to a range of audiences Analysing the impact and effectiveness of all marketing activity to help inform future plans and engagement Showcasing our brand, company priorities and culture through high-quality digital content that informs, educates and inspires our audiences Essential experience of the Marketing and Communications Executive: Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, particularly in digital and social media environments Demonstrable skills in creating engaging content across multiple platforms The ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively Familiarity with planning and analysing marketing campaigns, measuring against predefined KPI’s Essential qualifications for the Marketing and Communications Executive: A degree-level education or 2+ year’s experience in marketing, communications or a related field This role is 37 hours per week based at Farnborough.
