Job Description
Lead digital performance measurement across marketing, communications, and digital channels.
Work closely with the systems team to deliver insights and improve marketing strategies.
Own the data storytelling process, turning complex analytics into compelling, actionable narratives.
Develop and manage dashboards and tools for visualising and reporting data insights.
Create and implement digital marketing strategies to optimise website performance and user engagement.
Use predictive tools to forecast marketing outcomes and inform decisions for the next financial year.
Conduct controlled tests to measure the effectiveness of digital channels and campaigns.
Collaborate with senior management to align data insights with business objectives.
Stay informed about digital marketing trends, new technologies, and competitors in the healthcare sector.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing and Digital Analyst should have:
Proficiency in key digital marketing tools and software.
Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics and social media platforms.
Strong skills in risk management, validating assumptions, and making data-driven decisions.
Ability to deliver results at a senior management level, influencing key business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
