Job Title: Marketing and Project Assistant Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, hybrid working available after training Parking: Free onsite parking available Location: Tamworth, B79 Working within a small operations team for a leading player in the construction industry, renowned for their work in new build projects, refurbishments and specialist recreational facilities, this role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is happy to work in an ever-evolving role to contribute to the company’s growth and success. Marketing is a key part of this role; however, as with most small businesses, additional duties are required and you will be expected to be comfortable with changes of priorities when needed. Key Responsibilities of the Marketing and Project Assistant:

Marketing (60%)

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote all aspects of the business Manage and maintain an active social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn Create engaging marketing campaigns and content Update and manage website content, ensuring it aligns with current campaigns and projects Analyse and track marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI Create case studies and project portfolios to showcase successful client work Manage the relevant tender portals and respond to opportunities Assist with brand awareness initiatives to enhance market presence Manage CRM system and track customer relations Support document preparation and presentations for various marketing materials Manage memberships and associations relevant to the business Project Assistant Duties (40%)

Provide direct support to the Managing Director when required, managing schedules and appointments Handle correspondence, ensuring timely responses to emails and calls Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings and logistics if needed Assist with client relationship management, ensuring smooth communication and project coordination Provide support in managing project documentation, filing and record keeping Associated administration Required Skills & Experience for the role of Marketing and Project Assistant:

Proven experience in marketing Experience in construction would be an advantage Strong digital marketing skills, with a focus on social media and content creation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Professional discretion and confidentiality at all times Previous experience with CRM systems How to Apply:
