Full time: 35 hours per week

The School of Physics and Astronomy is looking for a Marketing and Recruitment Administrator to join the School’s recruitment team!
You will plan and deliver activities, events, and communication campaigns to attract undergraduate and postgraduate taught students from across the world to study at the School. This includes organising and running Open Days, conversion events, and induction activities. You will use your creative flair to design promotional material for the School’s degree programmes in digital and print format, and create clear communications for recruitment and conversion purposes.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week); we are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

Your skills and attributes for success:
Relevant degree or professional qualification in marketing or experience in a related role, such as communication, marketing, student recruitment or similar.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in planning, delivering and monitoring campaigns to engage targeted audiences.
Excellent time management skills, and experience in planning and managing projects.
Able to work from your own initiative and function as part of a team.
