We are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activities for our water efficiency division. Assisting the Marketing Manager, you will implement strategic campaigns to drive customer and client acquisition, manage social media plans to enhance brand engagement and visibility, support multichannel marketing strategies, and create engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.

You will also track marketing performance, manage website updates for SEO optimisation, and oversee the customer booking system to improve user experience.

Additionally, You Will

Collaborate with operations teams and external agencies to align marketing efforts with acquisition trends and strategies Monitor and report on advertising campaigns, analysing performance metrics across platforms Design campaign materials and deliver reports on marketing outcomes Ensure compliance with GDPR and environmental regulations About You

To be considered as a Marketing Assistant, you will need: Experience delivering successful multichannel marketing campaigns Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline media Excellent creative and design abilities, with experience developing engaging content A solid understanding of a range of social media platforms Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, including best practices for search engine optimisation Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a strong eye for detail Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to optimise marketing campaigns and improve performance A relevant marketing qualification (e.g., CIM, Google Digital Marketing, or equivalent) or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Please note, travel will be required on a regular basis to other operating locations as specified by the Company.
