solutions . Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand guidelines. Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts to increase engagement and reach. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects, providing support in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery. Utilise Adobe software for designing promotional materials and graphics that resonate with our audience. Maintain organised records of marketing activities, performance metrics, and campaign results for analysis. Support the IT department in implementing digital tools that enhance marketing efforts and streamline processes. Foster strong relationships with team members through effective communication and leadership skills. Skills Proficiency in email marketing platforms and social media management tools. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for design purposes is advantageous. Analytical mindset with the capability to analyse data and derive actionable insights. Excellent project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives efficiently.
