Client Details Our client is a well-established business based in Medway seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join their busy team! Description The key responsibilities: Assist in executing the digital strategy. Manage regular communications on social media. Update the website with quarterly case studies. Monitor market trends and competitors. Report and analyse digital performance metrics. Ensure our values guide everything we do. Support employees to serve as brand ambassadors. Ensure our marketing strategy is successfully executed. Ensure we manage our brand and key accounts effectively. Ensure we drive business growth. Ensure we are recognised as industry thought leaders. Profile A successful Marketing Assistant should have: A degree in marketing or a related field. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency with digital tools (CMS, social media, email marketing software). Good knowledge of marketing principles and best practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
