Your main job duties will include: Researching and writing social media posts (all channels), blogs and newsletters. Social media monitoring and updates. General copywriting. Website updates. Video editing for use on social media platforms. Requirements: Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills essential. Good attention to detail and accuracy. A customer focused, confident self-starter, able to deal with clients at all levels. Flexible and pragmatic with a positive can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to work on a variety of tasks for different clients, often to tight deadlines. Ability to work well without supervision and a team player. Previous marketing and social media experience (ideally LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram). Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel. Advantageous but not essential: Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Instagram experience. Knowledge of social media scheduling tools. Knowledge of Mailchimp or similar.
