We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Marketing graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve managing internal communications, supporting campaigns, creating engaging content, and assisting with market research and data entry. If you’re passionate about marketing and eager to build your skills across a variety of disciplines, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

Create and distribute internal communications to keep Systal’s global workforce informed and engaged. Support internal campaigns including “Lunch and Learn” sessions, employee newsletters, and other updates on company news and achievements. Support posting on social media platforms, including scheduling, posting, and engagement. Maintain and update marketing databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and preparing reports. Conduct market research to support campaign planning and content creation. Analyse competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing strategies. Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing campaigns and events. Assist in the coordination of promotional materials and content distribution. Create written content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

Key Requirements

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
