Marketing Assistant Our client is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Sales and Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to build on their existing skills and experience and be involved with contributing to the planning and implementation of marketing strategies across various departments. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, data analysis, and campaign management and will be assisting in driving the company's growth and success. Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Supporting the Marketing Manager

in executing the marketing strategy and campaigns for internal teams. Maintaining and updating internal systems

including CRM, file management, and other relevant databases. Creating engaging written and visual content

for diverse marketing channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, and internal communication platforms. Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Manager

to develop and execute marketing campaigns, utilising core marketing theories and best practices. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance

by analysing data, identifying trends, and providing regular updates to track progress and optimise strategies. Following internal processes

and assisting with administrative tasks. Skills and experience required for the Marketing Assistant role: A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in marketing and a desire to learn. Marketing related qualification. Strong written and visual communication skills for creating compelling content. A solid understanding or willingness to develop an understanding of marketing theories and best practices. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about marketing and eager to grow your skills, this would be a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and professional growth. Additional Information: Our client is based on the outskirts of Malvern - own transport is essential. Hybrid working on offer after the initial period. Salary up to £27k (depending on experience).
