About the Role As a Marketing Assistant, you will report to the Marketing Manager and support the execution of a range of marketing initiatives designed to amplify the company’s brand and contribute to its ambitious growth targets. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with a passion for creating compelling content and delivering results-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage engaging written content for email campaigns, social media, blogs, and newsletters, tailored to target audiences. Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Manage the campaign calendar, including audience segmentation, content scheduling, and performance tracking. Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it aligns with branding and sales goals. Organise and prepare for marketing events and trade shows, managing budgets and tracking returns on investment. Drive communications and initiatives supporting ESG goals, such as sustainability projects and charity events. Requirements About You The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing and while healthcare experience is a bonus, a can-do attitude and enthusiasm are essential. Required Skills: Proven track record of delivering compelling content that inspires and ultimately leads to commercial success. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations. Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC is advantageous. Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic team player with a resilient, proactive attitude. Confident, outgoing, and highly organised. Eager to learn, adapt, and propose innovative solutions.
