What You'll Do As the Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring these immersive projects reach and captivate their audience. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing marketing schedules and liaising with agencies to keep campaigns on track. Crafting and editing copy that aligns with the brand’s voice. Supporting content creation for the website and social media, maintaining a robust posting schedule. Coordinating the approval process for marketing materials across teams. Designing presentations and decks using tools like Canva and Google Slides. Sending engaging customer emails about events and activities. Occasionally working on-site at a central London office or performance venues. What We're Looking For

Creative Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Organised Multitasker: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Digital Enthusiast: Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic email marketing tools. Design Savvy: Basic skills in graphic design and video editing. Passionate & Proactive: A self-starter with a love for arts and immersive storytelling.
