We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic graduate to join our dynamic marketing team in the centre of Oxford. We are offering a varied and rewarding role for someone with a keen interest in the beauty and skincare industry. This is a role an individual will be able to take complete ownership of and it will provide the opportunity to gain exposure to the complete marketing mix - from PR and graphic design, to influencer partnerships and trade marketing. Strong communication skills are essential, with excellent writing ability and close attention to detail, as well as positive energy and confidence for face-to-face meetings with partner companies. Areas of responsibility include: PR:

Support in preparation of press releases; co-ordination with our London-based PR agency; monthly reporting and evaluation; sample send outs to key contacts; award entry co-ordination. Influencers:

Support in helping to identify suitable talent; co-ordination of all partnerships from contract stage to content going live. Events:

Support in organising our participation in events throughout the year, often involving influencers and media, as well as pop-up retail opportunities. Trade marketing:

Co-ordination of trade marketing projects, including creating POS and instore promotions, working with our in-house design and external print teams. Assisting with image requests, preparing presentations and producing written content. Database marketing:

Creative writing of regular emails to our database, as part of a monthly calendar. Sampling campaigns:

Co-ordination of our seasonal sampling campaigns, working with a fulfilment company and various media partners. Social Media:

Responsible for regular updates on our LinkedIn profile; support for our social media team. Warehouse:

Liaison with our warehouse team, with weekly updates on deliveries, plus occasional assistance on-site. Administration:

Keeping all marketing files updated and orderly; processing of invoices and tracking of costs on all projects. Global team support:

Assistance with co-ordination of requests and projects for our global team; translation requests and checks. Required skill set: A recent graduate with a relevant degree – e.g. Marketing or Communications (but open to any degree where strong writing skills are required) Internship experience in a relevant role or similar position is beneficial An individual with a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to use initiative when completing tasks Strong copy writing and communication skills with a high attention to detail A good eye for design and ability to follow both visual and graphic brand guidelines Keen organisational skills with the ability to take ownership of and manage internal filing systems Knowledge of current communication trends including across social media and online spaces Ability to self-manage projects and adhere to set budgets and timelines Computer proficient with knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes A clear passion for the beauty industry and starting a career in Marketing Benefits: Competitive Salary - DoE 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays On-the-job training opportunities Oxford office-based Tues/Wed/Thurs (working from home Mon/Fri)
