Job Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This exciting role is perfect for someone passionate about food, marketing, and communications. The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing initiatives, support senior team members, and collaborate with both internal and external teams to drive creative projects forward. Minimum Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field. Experience working in a professional setting, ideally in a marketing or food related industry (preferred but not essential). Main Responsibilities

Assist senior team members in projects between external agencies. Liaison with internal departments – coordinate competitor tastings with the food team between both the London & Quarry kitchen. Offer creative direction and ideas on advertising, social media & project proposals. Help organize company assets under one filing system: arranging pack shots & designs, brand photography & videography, illustrations and logos (lead project to improve online presence on retailer websites). Provide support in Consumer Services, responding to customer calls and emails. Willingness to lend a hand at events, festivals and other activities which may fall out of working hours. Responsibility for collecting and distributing post, arranging couriers, sending out promos, vouchers and prizes. Assist the team in the day-to-day running of the department. The Ideal Candidate

Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication. Has a passion for delicious food! Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate client-facing experience. Proactive and ambitious mindset, with an appetite to deliver real impact. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook). Build and maintain strong relationships within your working environment. Be a strong brand ambassador.
