The purpose of the role is to ensure the day-to-day tasks of the marketing team run efficiently and effectively to help the team deliver marketing excellence. Administrative Marketing Support:

Providing efficient, high-level support to the marketing team. Compliance:

Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Events Management:

Ensure that events are set up in accordance with the relevant SOP, including stand preparation, sending invitations, correspondence and invoices for Healthcare Professionals etc. What you'll need to succeed

Pharmaceutical industry experience. Experience using Veeva Promomats. Experience supporting UK and overseas meetings.
