Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing? We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to join the team of a well-established groundworks subcontractor based in Canterbury.

About the Company They are a leading subcontractor specializing in groundworks and civil engineering, with a solid reputation for delivering quality work on time and within budget. They're expanding their team and looking for someone to help grow their marketing efforts and elevate their brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's services. Manage and update company website, social media profiles, and other digital platforms. Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media posts. Assist in the development of case studies, customer testimonials, and other promotional content. Collaborate with the team to monitor and analyze marketing data and campaign performance. Support with event coordination and trade show participation as needed. Help with administrative tasks such as managing schedules, databases, and email marketing lists.

Requirements:

A degree in Marketing, PR, Design, or a related creative field. A Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) or progress toward one would be a bonus. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively. Knowledge of groundworks, construction, or related industries is an advantage but not essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
