Hybrid in Cambridge Job Description: Providing support to cross-functional teams in Bone, Rare Diseases, and Ophthalmology, contributing to the achievement of specific project objectives. Serving as the primary contact for sales team and customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution or escalation of internal administrative issues. Managing assigned projects with guidance from the line manager. Overseeing congress organization and coordination, including contracting, sponsorship agreements, booth design, materials, and liaising with agencies. Coordinating or assisting in the execution of multichannel initiatives, such as websites, email campaigns, print advertising, and digital/print promotional materials for the team. Leading materials management, including stock control, Prescribing Information updates, re-approvals, and recalls. Developing promotional materials in line with agreed plans, collaborating with external agencies as necessary. Initiating and advancing the approval process for promotional materials through the Veeva Promomat system. Minimum Requirements

Marketing experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Strong organizational skills Experience managing multiple projects and working under pressure Graduate in Marketing, Business, Science, or equivalent experience (e.g., marketing coordination with a relevant qualification or interest) Proven analytical skills Experience working in cross-functional teams Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., ABPI, IPHA, or similar) Seniority level
