A bit about the job: As a Marketing Associate, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns and communications that effectively position our GI broker products and propositions with GI intermediaries. Working closely with marketing managers, you’ll align activities with business priorities, craft engaging content, and ensure compliance with regulations and brand guidelines. Collaboration is key in this role – you’ll liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent messaging across multiple channels. You’ll also track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise future activity. This role is integral to driving growth and supporting Aviva’s business objectives. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment within insurance or financial services. Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders across the business. Knowledge of marketing metrics and the ability to analyse campaign performance.
